February 6 Update: the case for Northern Iowa

It's not going to happen, Northern Iowa won't get an automatic bid. But Northern Iowa (RPI 57) has appeared as an at-large bid now in the S-Factor, despite losing to the Salukis of Southern Illinois this weekend (RPI 185). The reason is this: Northern Iowa's wins over Creighton (RPI 22) and Kansas State (RPI 19) give them more top 25 wins than the entire non-Maryland Big Ten conference combined.
